Counting to 43

An Inside Out Project participant places posters of the disappeared Ayotzinapa students at the Plaza de los Gobernadores on the malecon in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora. He and his group begin work about an hour before sunset on a windy Sunday afternoon. As the posters are taped to the concrete, passersby stop and try to count to 43.
